Rent Collection

When choosing our Tenant Finder service, you may also choose our optional Rent Collection service. This is charged at 5% plus VAT of the monthly rent, and includes:

• Monitoring of the monthly rental payments, receiving from the tenant and forwarding to you by bank transfer on the last working day of each month
• Chasing of any rent arrears should they occur (7, 14 and 21 day letters)
• Monthly statement of account for tax purposes
